Sell Something You Made in 7 Days

Beginner1 week+100 XP212 submitted

The Brief

The problem

Most things people make never meet a buyer. Make one thing, put a price on it and find out, within seven days, whether people outside your family will pay for it.

Constraints

  • Seven days from your first sale attempt to your last.
  • Spend no more than 30 on materials, from your own money.
  • Offer it to at least 10 people and record every yes and every no.
  • Under 18? Sell with a parent or guardian, and post no photos of people.

What good looks like

  • A named customer, not “everyone”.
  • A price you can explain from your costs.
  • A test that could prove you wrong, written before you start.
  • Honest numbers, including the people who said no.
